Class descriptions:
Cardio Fusion: This class is a BLAST! You will perform high reps, low weight functional movements with bouts of cardio mixed in.
Kickboxing: Taught with 25 years of experience! With a variety of punches and kicks mixed in with various movements, sure to get your heart rate up and build strength at the same time. *gloves required
Full Body Strength: benefits of working with a certified coach to teach you how to lift properly with the use of dumb bells, etc. All movements are based on functional training.
Elite Silver Strength: tailored to folks who need modifications based on age and mobility, excellent class for people 55 and older. Focus is on developing stronger bones, enhance quality of life, help manage chronic illness and sharpen your mind.
Restorative Yoga: invite your body to slow down and heal, gentle, supportive poses that soothes the nervous system, aids in muscle recovery and quietly builds strength from within. Incorporates gentle balance poses to improve stability and body awareness. Kristine is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor holding a 300-hour teaching certification.
Abs: 30 minutes of core building through a variety of movements.
Wellness: take 45 minutes to relax and lengthen the body with stretches that leave your body feeling more relaxed.
