Healthy Meal Planning - One Pot Roasted Red Pepper and Sausage Alfredo

I often have friends and clients ask what I eat and what I would recommend for them. That’s why I started this Healthy Meal Planning blog, as an opportunity to share with all of you the healthy meals I really do cook in my own home. Some of the recipes are already created with healthy options in mind and others I modify a bit.

Take this recipe for example. I took the One Pot Roasted Red Pepper and Sausage Alfredo recipe and modified it just slightly. I used Isernos Italian mild sausage and gluten-free pasta. Don’t fear the gluten-free pasta, it really was yummy.
